A right-hand point break wrapping around the basalt headland at the southern end of Burleigh Beach on the Gold Coast. It needs east to south-east swell, often from cyclones between January and March, and a southerly to south-westerly wind, which is offshore along the point. When it is on, the barrel off the rocks draws a strong, experienced crowd; the beach to the north suits everyone else.
