ShoreForecast shows wind, wave, tide and weather forecasts and live webcams for beaches and water-sports spots. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Forecasts are a guide, not a guarantee

Forecasts come from weather models and can be wrong, late or incomplete. Webcam pictures can be delayed or show another moment than you think. Water sports carry real risk. Check conditions on the spot, follow local rules and lifeguards, and decide for yourself whether it is safe. Do not rely on ShoreForecast for safety-critical decisions.

Webcams and other people's content

Webcams are run by their owners and shown through YouTube and Windy. We do not control them, and one can go offline or move at any time. Forecast data is from Open-Meteo (CC BY 4.0). Photos come from Wikimedia Commons under the licence shown with each one.

Accounts

You can sign in with Google, Apple, X or a link sent by email. Keep access to your sign-in method secure. We may close accounts used to abuse the site.

The Pro pass

Pro is a one-year pass paid through Stripe. It does not renew by itself: when it ends, you can buy another. The price is shown before you pay. If you are a consumer, you keep every right the law of your country gives you, including any right to withdraw from or refund a purchase.

Fair use

Do not scrape the site, copy its data in bulk, overload it with automated requests, or try to get around the Pro pass. Linking to any page is welcome.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss or injury arising from using forecasts or webcams. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
