Vama Veche, the last village on the Romanian coast before the Bulgarian border, long known for its relaxed, bohemian beach. The cam looks over the sand and a lifeguard tower to the open Black Sea. The beach is open to the sea, so easterly winds bring real waves. It is busiest in July and August and very quiet out of season.
