Village on the Hel Peninsula, on the sheltered side facing the Bay of Puck, and the heart of Polish kitesurfing and windsurfing. The bay stays shallow a long way out, with flat water, no tide and plenty of schools and campsites along the shore. Westerly winds blow cross-shore. In high summer the launch areas get crowded, and kite and windsurf zones are marked.
